Returns:
1. Any item may be eligible for return within the return window of 48 Business Hours in following cases:
a) The model/scale/colour/features differ from the one that is mentioned on the description of the product that is ordered.
b) The product is damaged in transit (the item will be considered damaged only if the inner product is damaged/dented and not the product display box).
c) Missing parts/accessories of the product that is ordered.
2. In case of any returns, all the items must be returned in its original packing & manufacturer’s box with all the tags, instruction manual, warranty card, original accessories intact.
3. Please note that the Die Cast Scale Model Manufacturers like Motormax, Bburago, Maisto, Newray, Welly, etc have their own quality standards and the quality shall not be compared to premium manufacturers like Norev, Autoart, etc.
4. The buyer is requested to check the product/model/brand reviews on the internet before making the purchase decision to avoid disappointment as we do not accept returns in case you do not like the product build quality.
5. In case of any returns, we do not have a reverse pickup system, so the buyer will have to ship the product in its original packaging although return shipping expense will be borne by us.
6. In case of any returns, the refund process will be initiated only after the product is received and inspected, the amount will be reversed within 7 – 10 Business Days.
7. There may be a chance of wheel displacement in the vehicle but most of them have Press Fit Assembly System so they can be pushed back in place very easily and in such cases, the product will not be considered as damaged.
8. There might be slight bends on the product display box during transit as the logistical handling is beyond our control, please note that the returns will not be accepted in such cases.
9. Returns will not be accepted for defective products that are not covered under manufacturer’s Warranty.
10. Returns will not be accepted for the products that have been in used condition.
11. Returns will not be accepted for any kind of accidental purchase like “No more needed”, “Available at a cheaper price”, “Misunderstood the description of the product” or any such reason.
12. Unacceptable Defects:
a) Uneven paint layers in case of diecast scale models.
b) Slight body paint rashes in case of diecast scale models.
c) Slight door alignment issues
d) Slight change in shade/colour that may be due to monitor that is used by the user.
Cancellations:
1. Orders cannot be cancelled after the confirmation.
2. We reserve the right to cancel the order post informing the buyer in following cases:
a) The delivery pin code of the order is not serviceable.
b) The product is unavailable due to any reason.
c) The product is in damaged condition.
d) The price offered on the product is incorrect due to revision in prices and could not be updated or any other reason.
3. The buyer can request for cancellation of the order in case the order is not delivered within 10 business days of placing the order.
Refund:
1. The buyer is entitled for a refund only in following cases:
a) We are unable to fulfil the order due to unavailability of the product or any such reason.
b) The item delivered to the buyer is defective and it has been received back and inspected by us.
c) The item delivered to the buyer is different from what was ordered and it has been received back and inspected by us.
d) The item to be replaced is no more in stock or cannot be procured.
2. For all other cases, the buyer can only ask for a replacement of the same product or a product having the same or higher value as agreed at the time of the event.
3. In case, the replacement is not available, the buyer will be issued a Store Credit of the same value.
Electronic/RC Toys Repair Policy
We only sell licensed Electronic/RC toys that are manufactured by reputed brands like Maisto, Bburago, Silverlit, Modelart, etc. Any manufacturing defect will only entertain within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer.
In case of any manufacturing defect, we shall send the product to the company for replacement of the required parts. In case it is not possible to replace/repair the required parts due to any reason, we shall replace the product or offer store credit as per the buyer’s choice.
